Had dinner at Putien, ordered the famous bitter gourd, it is so refreshing and dip a bit of honey in it, I love it. Next is the yam, one of their signature dish - a must have! It's skin is sweet and the yam cooked perfectly. Another one signature dish is BBQ slice pork with bun, the outer layer of the bun was fried but is not oily at all. It goes with the pork is a match made in heaven!!! Price is a little expensive but is worth it!
